PCME Ltd receives prestigious Queens Award from:

The Lord Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire

PCME Ltd celebrated the formal presentation of the Queens Award for Enterprise in the Innovation category.  The award was granted for the achievements of PCME’s Electrodynamicâ-type particulate emission monitors which measure emissions from thousands of industrial stacks worldwide.

The presentation was made at PCME’s headquarters at St Ives by the Lord Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire in the presence of the Lady Mayoress of St Ives, customers, suppliers, press and key associates.  Visitors were taken on a tour of the site showcasing PCME’s capabilities and an insight into the fascinating development processes for new particulate emission monitoring technology and instrumentation.  Exhibition areas provided the perfect opportunity for PCME staff to engage with visitors whilst discussing instrumentation and software on display.

In accepting the award, William Averdieck, PCME’s Managing Director paid tribute and thanked a number of people who played a significant part in the evolution of the company.  “This award is a really important milestone in the Company’s development.  We are passionate about particulate monitoring and it’s fantastic to be recognized for the strong innovation in our business.  The award will without doubt help to further build our credibility in the 30 or so international markets in which we operate.  I am very proud of everyone at PCME Ltd.”
